Auto & Personal Loan Assistance

We understand that these are trying times and you may be facing unexpected challenges.

If you have auto loan(s) or personal loan(s) with Security Service that are not past due by more than 30 days, 90-day due date extensions are automatic and pre-approved.

Auto and Personal Loan* Details:

  • The 90-day extension includes April, May, and June payments for 2020
  • Bill Pay and/or automatic payments from Security Service or other financial institutions will continue to be processed unless you cancel them
  • If you have auto-debit payments, your payments will continue to be posted to your loan unless you call us to suspend payment. An auto-debit is a payment that was set-up by the auto dealer or credit union on your behalf and not a self-directed payment such as Bill Pay or automatic payments. Please call 1.855.635.7535 to suspend your auto-debit payments
  • Auto loans on business accounts are included

Past Due Loans:

If your auto or personal loan(s) are more than 30 days past due, payment extensions might be provided after a phone call with our service representative; please call 1.855.635.7535.

*Interest will continue to accrue during the deferment period. Deferring a payment may extend the original term and increase total finance charges, which depends on the amount of additional interest, number of deferred or skipped payments over the life of the loan, fees and timely payments. The regular monthly payment amount will remain the same. The first payment after the deferred payment(s) will include the deferred months’ interest. Deferred payments may not be covered by debt cancellation, GAP, or credit insurance products. Please see your agreements with those providers for details.
