Appointments are scheduled for 30 minutes but may be shorter.
Please arrive five minutes early and check in with a representative.
If you selected a phone call, your representative will call you at your scheduled appointment time at the number you provided.
If you selected a video call, open any of your appointment emails to find your meeting link. When it’s time for your meeting, simply click the link to join.
