With Security Service Online Banking, making your monthly auto payment is quick, easy, and secure. You must first enroll in Security Service Online Banking if you wish to make an online payment.

Congratulations on the purchase of your new vehicle! Now you have the convenience of going where you want, when you want. Further that convenience by using Security Service Online Banking to schedule your car payment from any bank.

Important: Your 10-digit primary savings account number or checking account number may be required to enroll in Security Service Online Banking (it can be found on your Security Service statement or membership card). If you have a new auto loan, please allow 7-10 business days to receive your membership card in the mail and/or for your loan to appear in Security Service Online Banking.

How to Set Up Recurring Payments Online

  1. Log in to Security Service Online Banking.
  2. Click the Transfers & Payments tab.
  3. Select the type of account you want to make a payment to.
  4. Choose the Make a Payment button.
  5. Set the payment accounts and amount.
  6. Select Recurring under the Set the Payment Frequency & Date section and set your payment options.

 

How to Set Up Recurring Payments by Phone

Setting up recurring payments is the perfect way to make sure you never miss a payment!

  1. Call 1.866.397.4512 to make a payment from a Security Service account, a non-Security Service account, or a non-Security Service card.
  2. Stay on the line after you complete your payment to schedule a recurring monthly payment.

Complete the following steps to schedule your first online payment:

  1. Enroll in Security Service Online Banking
  2. Select Transfers & Payments
  3. If scheduling a payment from a:
    • Security Service account, select Make a Payment and enter your information as prompted
    • non-Security Service account1, select Manage Transfers & Payments, click Add Account, and enter your information as prompted

Pay with ACI Payments, Inc.

Pay your bills electronically with ACI Payments, Inc. Take note of the following info:

  • You will need your full 10-digit Loan Account Number or your 16-digit card number, and your zip code.
  • Payments made after 8 p.m. CT will process the following business day.
  • Payments made with a card may process as a cash advance which may result in additional fees and/or higher interest from the card issuer.
  • Payments made using the ACI Payments, Inc. service (through a phone rep, debit card, or in a branch) are subject to a $7.50 money transfer fee.
