What are the interest rates for the new credit cards?
Security Service credit cards are variable rate credit cards. The rate is based on the member’s credit score and product selection. View our credit card rates.




Will I lose my current Rewards Points if I upgrade to a new Security Service credit card?
No, points will not be forfeited; they will be transferred to the new program for you to redeem.




I currently have a Visa credit card. How will my card be impacted?
Security Service will continue to support your current VISA credit card.




Why is the interest rate higher on the Security Service Power Rewards MasterCard® and Security Service Power Travel Rewards World MasterCard® than on the Security Service Power MasterCard®?
The Security Service Power Rewards MasterCard® and Security Service Power Travel Rewards World MasterCard® have a higher APR because of the Rewards program benefits offered. Although the Security Service Power MasterCard® does not offer Rewards benefits, its low APR is a benefit to members seeking the lowest possible interest rate on their credit cards.




I currently have a Security Service Power Rewards MasterCard®. How can I upgrade to a Security Service Security Service Power Travel Rewards World MasterCard®?
You may apply for the Security Service Travel Rewards World MasterCard® by calling our 24/7 Member Contact Center at 1.800.527.7328 or by visiting a Security Service branch near you.




I want to stop receiving paper statements. How do I sign up for eStatements in myBranch Online Banking?
We currently do not offer electronic credit card statements. Members will receive a monthly, paper statement in the mail: however, PDF versions of credit card statements are available in myBranch Online Banking.




What if my current credit card is lost or stolen? Can I still get the same credit card?
Yes, if your credit card is lost or stolen, we can reissue the same credit card.




Rewards Points

How are Rewards Points calculated?
The Rewards program will accumulate 1 point for every $1 spent.




Are there limits on the Rewards Points I can accumulate?
Yes. The Rewards program has an annual limit of 120,000 points.




How do I combine my credit card Rewards Points with my checking Rewards Points?
When you open your Security Service Power Rewards MasterCard® or Security Service Power Travel Rewards World MasterCard®, your Rewards Points will automatically combine with your existing Rewards checking account Rewards Points.




Will I lose my current Rewards Points if I upgrade to a new Security Service credit card?
No, you will not lose your points. Rewards Points will be transferred to your new Rewards credit card.




Travel Rewards Points

How are travel Rewards Points calculated?
Security Service Power Travel Rewards World MasterCard® holders earn 3 points for every $1 spent on gas, travel, and dinning, and earn 1 point for every $1 spent on all other purchases.




What will happen to my Rewards Points if I upgrade to a Security Service Power Travel Rewards World MasterCard®?
You will not lose your Rewards Points. Rewards Points will be transferred to the new Security Service Power Travel Rewards World MasterCard®.




Are there restrictions on travel such as blackout dates and seat restrictions?
There are no travel blackout dates or seat restrictions.




Are there limitations on where I can earn travel rewards?
No, points will be earned wherever MasterCard® is accepted.




Are there limits on the amount of Reward Points that I can accumulate?
The Travel Rewards program has no limit on the amount of Rewards Points that can be accumulated.
