Our management team has a combined 60 years of experience in the banking industry.  We support our members with the personal service they need as they grow their businesses.

William A. Cichoski
Vice President, Commercial Services


Cichoski serves as the Vice President and Manager of Commercial Services with responsibilities for all member business loans, products and services.

He joined Security Service in October 2007 and has over 35 years of banking experience with an emphasis in commercial credit.  Most recently, he expanded the scope of member commercial services at Security Service by building and structuring the department to industry standards and increased loans outstanding to over $110 million.  Currently he serves on the Board of Directors for the San Antonio Lighthouse for the Blind and is active in his support for the United Way. 

Yvonne Fernandez
Assistant Vice President Commercial Services  


Fernandez has been with Security Service for over 22 years. She has been in her present position as Assistant Vice President Commercial Services for the past 7 years. Yvonne has over 25 years in banking, with a great deal of experience in small business and middle market lending. In 2008, Yvonne was named Financial Services Champion of the Year by the Small Business Administration.  She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Texas at San Antonio.

Marylin Hartmann
Manager, Commercial Loan Production


Hartmann has been with Security Service since October 2004 and currently holds the Manager, Commercial Loan Production position. She has over 25 years of commercial lending experience. She specializes in middle market lending, construction financing, and SBA lending, specifically SBA 504 loans. As an advocate for small businesses, she was recognized as Financial Services Champion of the Year 2010 by the Small Business Administration. Her goal is the make the lending process easy by understanding her member's financial needs.
