• Depending upon certain circumstances we may waive late fees on your mortgage loan with us.
• We don’t want you to worry if you’re unable to make a payment. We’ll work with you on possible solutions based upon your financial situation.

 

Below are the steps you need to take to get started repairing the damage to your home:

1. Contact Your Insurance Company
   Your first step is to file a claim with your homeowners insurance company. An insurance adjuster will assess the damage and determine a settlement amount.

2. Contact Us
   After you've filed a claim, call Security Service Mortgage Servicing. We'll guide you through the process of restoring your home.

3. Notify us as soon as you receive the check from your homeowners insurance company
   We will provide important information and forms you'll need begin the repair process.

Auto & Business Insurance Claims

Below are the steps you need to take to get started repairing the damage to your property:

1. Call your insurance company - Have your policy number ready before calling your auto or business insurance carrier. The insurance agent will need a description of the damage.

2. Secure the property - If possible, try to protect your property from further damage.

Once a claim has been filed, an insurance adjuster will assess the damage and determine a settlement amount.

 

If you have flood damage and do not have flood insurance, call FEMA at 1-800-621-3362 or go to DisasterAssistance.gov for help.
