Tracy Queeman-Wilson Named Contact Center Leader of the Year by PTMA

Tracy Queeman-Wilson, member contact center and account services vice president at Security Service Federal Credit Union (SSFCU) has been recognized as Contact Center Leader of the Year in the 2014 Professional Teleservices Management Association (PTMA) South Texas Excellence Awards. The annual competition recognizes service excellence and best practices in contact centers throughout South Texas.

Her leadership, fresh approach to our business processes and genuinely caring attitude for our members and employees translates into an enhanced member experience as well as an empowered and enthusiastic team," said Chris Allen, senior vice president. "She has worked hard to gain support across business lines, resulting in more effective and successful processes between departments and better service for our members."

SSFCU also was named Contact Center of the Year and received awards for Best Use of Technology and Best Use of the Voice of the Customer.
