Rate (Texas | Colorado) depends on length of term and LTV. See our rate sheet for details.
What's LTV? LTV is the "loan-to-value" ratio of your mortgage, where "loan" is the amount you still owe and "value" is the county appraisal value of the home. For example, if you owe $75,000 on a $100,000 home, your LTV is 75%.
LTV. If you've been making payments for a while, you're more likely to have an LTV below 80%.
Term. You can take up to 15 years to pay off our standard home equity loan; we also offer a shorter 5-year term with a lower rate.
