Can I change what I see on CompuBranch?

My Favorites is a drop down menu that allows you to view select pages directly without having to search. My favorites can be accessed from the sign on screen or on the upper right corner of each page.

Can I create a nickname for my accounts?

The Account Nickname option allows you to change the name(s) of your account(s) in order to make identification easier on multiple accounts. Please note that the account nickname only applies to the account listed within CompuBranch. You can personalize your account by clicking the Self Service tab and selecting Manage Account Preferences.

Can I download my account details?

You can download your account detail information by selecting the Accounts tab and clicking the Download sub-menu link. You may use 2004 or previous versions of Intuit Quicken and Money or Comma Separated to download your account detail information to.

Can I get a copy of my credit card statement?

You may request a copy of your credit card statement by submitting a secure message.

Can I make a payment to my credit card?

Payments to a credit card can be applied by creating an immediate transfer from an SSFCU account to the credit card account.

Can I transfer funds into another institution using CompuBranch?

Not at this time, but funds can be sent to another institution in the form of a check.

How accurate is account information on CompuBranch?

CompuBranch reflects up to the minute account information. Balances will not reflect pending transactions.

How can I access BillPay?

Security Service BillPay can only be accessed through CompuBranch. You must have a CompuBranch User ID and Password in order to access BillPay.

Once you have signed on to CompuBranch, click the Pay Bills tab to access BillPay.

How do I request a check copy?

If your check image is not available on CompuBranch, you can request a check copy by selecting the Self Service tab and clicking the Check Copy Request link. Please allow for 10 business days to process.

How do I set up/delete auto debit for my loan?

You can set up an auto debit for your loan by creating a repeating transfer from an SSFCU account to the loan account.

You can delete repeating transfers by selecting the Transfers tab and clicking the Repeating Transfers sub-menu link. Click the delete icon by the transfer you want to delete.

How do I sign into CompuBranch for the first time?

Select the Enroll Now link on the Sign On page. Enter verification information and select a User ID and Password. Choose two Password Reset Questions and Answers – this will allow you to reset your password if you forget it in the future.

How will my accounts display on CompuBranch?

There are several ways to view your account on the new CompuBranch:

  • Account summary - This page lists all your account unless you have chosen not to display an account in Manage Account Preferences.
    • Balances – This table list your aggregate deposit balance. If you have chosen not to display an account, the balance of that account will not display in this table.
    • Account Display - This table displays your accounts grouped by account type (i.e., all savings together, all checking together) or you can toggle the radio button and choose to display your accounts by asset and liability.
  • Account Detail - Account information available by using hyperlink or drop down menu. Account information can be sorted by using heading hyperlinks.
  • Account download - Account history can be downloaded using Quicken, Money, or Comma Separated. SSFCU only supports 2004 and prior for Quicken and Money.
  • Statements - Able to view and/or print. Need Adobe reader.

If I lock myself out of CompuBranch how can I reset myself?

To regain access to CompuBranch, call the 24/7 Member Contact Center at (866) 361-1902.

Is the CompuBranch site secure?

Yes. Depending on your browser, there will be a key or closed padlock icon on the bottom right hand corner of the browser window. Secured transactions are also indicated in the location bar of your browser by the prefix https:// (https stands for "hyper-text transfer protocol, secured").

Is there a charge for using CompuBranch?

There is no charge for viewing your account information, requesting transfers between your SSFCU accounts, using Secure Messaging, or scheduling Alerts. Certain Self Service requests do have specific fees.

Pending Transactions

Pending transactions always display at the top of the transaction history list when the member lands on the Account Details page. If a sort by date is done, the pending transactions will display at the bottom of the transaction history list. The Pending transaction date will be the date the transaction occurred.

What accounts will display on CompuBranch?

All of your accounts will display on CompuBranch, unless you have selected to hide them. You can check your account display options by going to Self Service and selecting the Manage Account Preferences link.

What happens if I forget my password?

Password Reset Questions and Answers is a new feature to allow you to reset your password if you have forgotten your password. You will need to enter your Date of Birth and choose two questions and answers in order to use this function.

What information is available on my credit card?

All information listed on your credit card statement will be available to view on CompuBranch.

What accounts can I transfer from/to?

Funds can be transferred using CompuBranch. A single transfer or repeating transfer can be set up. You may make a single transfer from a Savings, Checking or Line of Credit account to another Savings, Checking, Line of Credit, Installment Loan, or Credit Card Account. You may set up a Repeating Transfer from a Savings or Checking account to a Savings, Checking, or Installment loan account.

What browsers does the new CompuBranch support?

CompuBranch supports the following browsers:

  • Internet Explorer 6.0 and above
  • AOL 8 and 9
  • Netscape 7.1 and 7.2
  • Safari 1.2
  • Firefox 1.0

Which version of Adobe Reader do I need to view my statement on CompuBranch?

Adobe 7.0 or higher is recommended to view you statements on CompuBranch.

Why can't I view my check?

Over the Counter checks and LOC checks cannot be viewed on CompuBranch.

Will I be able to send/receive/view messages?

CompuBranch now offers Secure Messaging. You may send inquiries and receive communication via a secure channel.

Will I be able to view past statements on CompuBranch? Will I be able to print?

You may view the current month and the past two months of statements on CompuBranch free by selecting the Accounts tab and clicking the Statements link. To view statements, you will need to have Adobe Reader installed on your computer, if you do not have Adobe Reader, a link is provided to download the Adobe Reader for free.

Will my account number display?

Complete account numbers are not displayed for additional security.
