Error Message: Your browser does not have cookies enabled. A cookie is required to establish and maintain your session. This cookie will be deleted once you sign off CompuBranch.
These steps are for Microsoft Internet Explorer, versions 5.5 and newer.
- On the toolbar, located across the top of the browser, click on Tools > Internet Options. This will open the dialog box shown in Step 2.

- Click the Privacy tab, followed by the Default button.

- Using your mouse, drag the slide to the Medium setting. Then click on the Edit button to open the dialog box pictured next.

- After clicking the Edit button, you will see options for managing the sites you visit. If CompuBranch or SSFCU.org is listed, highlight the entry by clicking on the domain name and then click on the Remove button.
Click on the OK button to close the dialog box.

- After clicking OK, you will be returned to the original dialog box. From here, select the Trusted sites option followed by the Sites button.

- After selecting the Sites button, this dialog box will open. Type https://compubranch.ssfcu.org into the space provided, then click on the Add button.
Click on the OK button to close the dialog box and return to the one shown in Step 5.

- Click on the Default button, which will display the slider, as shown. Drag the slider to the Medium setting.
Click on the OK button to return to the browser window.

Now you are ready to attempt your login to CompuBranch.

Are you still receiving a “Cookies not enabled” error message? Many of our members have overcome this issue by verifying their system date is correct. To verify and change your system date, follow the steps below:
- Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
- Double-click Date/Time
- On the Date & Time tab, set your computer's date to the current date
- Click OK
